You can door knock or mail pre foreclosure leads  in attempt to support them in accomplishing their goals.

Most will have their mailing address which is different than the property address if they are absentee, which most are.

I wanna start direct mail marketing and I've heard only great feedback on properties from tax delinquents list so please anything will help towards great feedback or tips.

I have a seller contact me from one of my direct mail letters looking to sell her house.

I was thinking mailing the letter of notice with next date delivery with a signature required. 

Parts of this neighborhood reminded me of the North side in Richmond Va where i am from.  5 The wedge and area 2 - have not had the chance to survey yet.I know a few drive bys are not enough to be able to understand the lay of the land so i may be totally of base; which is why i would love to hear from folks that are more seasoned Hope to get a good conversation going.thanks,satha
