I have a solo 401k which was established with the help of Sense Financial.

Costs to do the loan might be higher but you may be able to negotiate a way for them to release the initial property once the loan is paid down to a certain point at which point you could re-pledge it for the purchase of another property.I have also seen, in rare circumstances, a large line of credit established on a free and clear portfolio.  

Find those with similar features to establish your own price range regarding certain properties. 

After you have established yourself you will be able to negotiate terms. 

It at least gets you in the door and you can start to establish yourself.There are probably some other ways to make it work. 

If that was to happen how do I establish an interest rate to get paid back and how much time do they have pay me in full?
