And I also agree that VC funding tends to cause companies to "shoot for the moon" or go bust: which is not the best model for many industries that can't be expected to have exponential growth.  

My advice is to get into this area before it experiences more double digit appreciation growth.

We don't intend on slowing our growth down at all though so at some point in the near future it'll be time to move on from the w2.
