We have been helping him to refurbish it [ thank God for youtube tutorials] and having an incredibly fun time doing so.The problem is the one third acre backyard [front yard is xeriscaped] The property was originally 4 lots, and though I have no idea whether there were other primary homes on the land, there have obviously been many outbuildings with concrete foundations over the years. concrete is still protruding from the ground.I think that children running in the backyard could potentially trip while running in the yard.

I would like to have a house in the beautiful rain forests of Costa Rica that has a main house with 3-4 smaller houses around it where my friends and I could stay and explore that beautiful country (by the way, the food alone is worth the trip).

So let’s say Faucet $99, an hour at $50/hr (my PM’s labor charge) plus a trip charge, often not applicable I’d say $20 should be $169 but for sure under $200, you got screwed.

I figure that 1-night rentals are not ideal for the calendar or the guest experience (once fees are factored in), but my thought was that many people are just getting away for a weekend or short trip, so 3 nights seemed limiting.

I have noticed that every year the amount that I pay for premiums/catch up contributions seems smaller due to house hacking, acquiring more rental. working overtime, per diem for work trips (it adds up), etc but again I came up the set amount to my policy based of numbers when I had less rentals and a was a brand new father.
