sold that place too.Make friend with the neighbors, secure the property, carry insurance, and be conscience of the crime in the area, will go a long way to reducing your odds of break ins.Also don't leave tools or other valuables at the property, and only order materials as you need them.Steve Babiak, we used to use double cylinder deadbolts on properties but a PA locksmith told me that there was a state law making them illegal.

Ultimately...if you are pre-approved, the numbers work, and the lender can close super-fast there ought to be no material difference in the seller's eyes, right?
