If I try to research this online myself, I just know I'll find thousands of resources, none of which I would be able to trust. 

Of course I don't agree with everything in the book, but what Stanley's trying to show and say is, overall, the best strategic resource on how to live in order to help yourself get from zero to a million on your personal balance sheet that's ever been written in America.Stanley's gone, sadly, killed by a drunk driver in 2015.

As for the value of my properties, I don't plan on selling anytime soon so I would weather the storm.Additionally, I believe many investors (at least) are sitting on resources to be able to pounce on an event (opportunity) like this.So, with all of that said, I ask the hypothetical question (at least for areas such as mine) if everybody is waiting on a "bubble burst" can it ever happen??

Nowadays we have so many resources available so we can dip our toes in the water first before completely diving into an industry.

I am saving up money to make our first investment into real estate and am now considering simultaneously getting a real estate license for the resources, learning, networking, and hopefully down the road, a bit of extra income. 

Tl/dr: we are looking for advice/resources to help "train" our newly inherited tenants to be more financially literate/stable (more context below).
