There’s not a lot of people selling homes in wholesale to flip, financing is not easy, if you want to develop homes and apartments good place to invest.

This also is far to easy to set up Schills you have no clue if the people are real and just working for a fake lender..

We currently have around 175K in equity in our house we are willing to access some of it utilizing a HELOC but we want to get connected with investors that can help us walk through this! 

As others have said I would try to get into a small deal without partners yourself, once you learn the ropes and I've done a few you'll be able to have the connections and know what to do next.

I know we'll be seeing Easy Street Capital there, @Zachary Ware!

Its not an easy bizz for sure and there of course are a lot of ups and downs.. .but all in all it does allow someone like me to be self employed my entire life..

Start soft by letting them know they can go the easy way or the hard way. 

A handy search bar in the upper right makes it easy to find previous discussions, blogs, podcasts, and other resources.

It helps in the long run to develop the connections plus they know the area well which avoids hiccups down the road.
