I've heard that FMSN lets you spit out lists of vacant properties, but I've never used it myself so I can't confirm or deny that.

I've been denied by 2 traditional banks (WF and CBank) and now a hard money lender (LimaOne ).

If one owner (member) owes any taxes, the company is supposed to be denied authorization.

We were denied the first time because they viewed it as an investment property (even though it was our home and we had to rent it out) and on income vs. debt.

They applied at my property and I denied their application.

If the loss is a covered event, then they wrongfully denied the claim. 

If the brother’s credit check (or one of the other applicants) reveals an eviction or another red flag then I would decline all of the applicants because if u just deny one person they will likely sneak in the rejected potential tenant.

Not necessarily a problem if the revenue supports it, but the permitting situation in the county is also really delayed (and also has the potential to change or your permit could be denied).

However, when it came time to apply for the loan, I was denied because they won't count any of that income for 24 months.
