Listing prior to and during Thanksgiving I expected it to be dead, but surprisingly I've had some great showings and positive feedback from agents.   

After coming to a dead end no pun intended I contacted a friend in the neighborhood and they were able to tell me he had passed in the home and was there for almost a month before anyone found him.

He looked me dead in the eye and said do whatever you need to do to acquire land around that area before it becomes common knowledge.

so i mean, investing in excellent triple-net leases would be a sound investment strategy because you're dealing with people who know what's good and not good, thus it's very safe, whereas for someone like me (who doesn't know a lot and doesn't have the resources to analyze major purchases) such an investment would be very risky.please, tell me if i'm dead wrong.

you make 70k a year - why not shoot for 70k a month.aim high and take small steps to get there and don't give up until you're dead.
