If there are multiple credit card or cell phone companies with collection or past due balances, or recent car repos, charged off accounts, returned checks, judgments or evictions, and those type of "consumer credit" issues, then I have a big concern.

From my understanding, STR are more time-consuming.

Get a "business" credit card for business expenses, not a consumer card.  

It was definitely time consuming to fill out all of the paperwork and go through the public hearing, but in the end yes it was worth the effort.

I have also heard stories about the lack of consumer protections of Venmo and Zelle -- like reversing transactions, etc.  

Some of the larger builders to have a policy of not negotiating price or upgrades at all with a consumer, while they will with an agent.

Raising the prime lending rate negatively impacts commercial borrowing power and the cost of consumer goods.

Rezoning and separating all the utilities will be extremely costly and time consuming. 

The lender is going to consume some of the gain via the sweet, sweet fees that they will charge =) and you've got 100K+ of equity stuck doing nothing for years.Make sense?
