Any licensee in any profession must receive formal training from a qualified instructor by education and experience and then students are tested.I hated tests in high school, later on in college my views changed.

For example I would not put in a lease you are not to litter the ground with cigarette butts, shoot off bottle rockets, store stuff on common stairs,  park cars in certain areas, write harassing notes to neighbors,  these fall under quiet enjoyment and property upkeep but you need to spell it out for some people.

I was already disillusioned by the public school anyway, as I wasn't helping kids succeed their own personal best as I was teaching them to make neat little circles in ABCD boxes on stated-mandated tests, so I quit teaching and began homeschooling my daughter (the way a kid naturally learns) and started a transcription business.

I found out when I graduated, in 1980, that I was qualified to take the test and get a broker license and I got one without taking anything extra.
