This statement reminded me of the scene from the Cheech and Chong movie Up In Smoke.

But the path I had to take was obvious, so I put one foot in front of the other, signed up for some training and followed the instructions, and shortly after I was one of the top 3% agents in Milwaukee (and I actually don't think that is a major acomplishment, the bar is just that low!!)

To set the scene further, I didn't have much working capital to do this so this move was to hopefully break me into real estate.
