Dollar General and Dollar Tree credit and strength is looked at much better than Family Dollar in a lenders eyes.

Pay for a landscaper, it's also a good way for someone to get eyes on the property every few weeks.If you're covering all of the expenses so you can rent to college kids you also need to account for gas (if applicable) and internet/cable.You should be able to find the current taxes on line.

I do not blame them, and if in their shoes would expect the same action from you again if you saw something that dazzled your eyes during the time you are processing the paperwork and loan for the second house.

Even if they mess up they will pay a penalties, but I would just keep a eye on them disbursing property tax and insurance if you are concerned.

I was driving by an apartment complex this afternoon and while waiting for the traffic light to turn green I noticed a guy painting the exterior wall of the apartment with a roller.What really caught my eyes was he outfitted himself with some contraption. 

I was just following gps directions to the next property on my list and would catch a boarded up window out the corner of my eye.
