I have two rentals that are "only" getting me 0.7% but, with fellow military officers in them, their families are taking better care of the properties then I would! 

Does anyone  have a good recommendation for Attorney specializing in Investment Real Estate in Colorado?

I am a retired military officer who can devote full time with my wife to this business.

I know there are like a million real estate courses out there are gurus who promote them, but I was wondering if anyone here has any recommendation for a course that specializes in teach how to invest out-of-area, particularly wholesaling.

Is there anyone in your area the specializes in the purchase of land?

Kano, I think it would be best to consult an attorney or insurance broker, but IMO this would be a special group, which could require additional insurance.
