A: I bought my Afh business with the house in Renton, WA 2018 and I sold it a year later. 

For years, there have been claims that short-term rentals take away housing supply from renters and homebuyers and, as a result, inflate rents and home prices in nearby areas.

She's been at the property for 15+ years and said it's never been replaced, so I felt this to be a reasonable request.

I have been following a Real Estate Guru, Ron LeGrand, for several years and am thinking about purchasing one of his Real Estate Courses.  

It's best to get licensed so you will have a competent broker, a second set of eyes on the transaction who will help keep you out of trouble. 

Based on the size of the building, it sounds like an older residential building that has converted back and forth several times over the years, making it more likely to encounter the issues mentioned above.

real estate is a great long term wealth builder, but in the short term - 1, 2, 5 years - it actually takes quite a bit of cash and investment, especially in plain, ordinary long term rentals.  

It seems that Dollar General, although they decreased # of stores open this year, are a stronger brand than FD/DT.
