I got interested in it because of the slow down in construction in the winter time and I want passive income when this happens.

We have a rough idea of how much it will cost to build, and what income we can get from it (as her family has another holiday home they rent out just down the road that is similar size).

Everybody wants at least one covered parking spot during Minneapolis winters!

If I get an urgent request at 10 PM (i.e. heat is out in winter, water pipe breaks, etc.), then I'm there within an hour to address the problem.In the past 5 months, there have been 2 instances where a tenant called the PM with an emergency maintenance request.

We've now rounded the corner into the holiday season, which typically means a slow down in the housing market.

I'm getting ready to drive down to Bethlehem, PA from Boston to spend the holidays with my family, but before I logged off for the next couple of days I wanted to wish my BP family a Happy Thanksgiving.
