I also plan on reinvesting every cent earned in this new venture until I reach my goal.After spending the last two months reading Rich Dad, Poor Dad, Real Estate Investing in Canada for Dummies, listening to Sarah Larbi's podcast, watching Matt McKeever's youtube videos (to name a few), I'm jumping right in and looking to purchase my first property to BRRR somewhere in HRM during the next few weeks.

Now I may need to smooth her over on cross border, long distance ventures. 

I currently own 4 LTR in my home town and I am looking to venture into a STR.

Thats how I got my start and I learned tons as well as built life long relationships that resulted in unlimited funding for deals and ventures.

That’s been the primary niche business the entire time… but we have jumped into other ventures as well.
