Hi @Keith Tarasiewicz - based on what you mentioned about being a wholesaling & flipping company, you're not going to have as easy of a time in NYC/Long Island as you would in other states.

I have a STR in Marco Island (where I predominantly also live) but I do spend 3 months of the summer up north.  

I've seen better deals on the Island of Hawaii.  

This is actually the worst part or phase with respect to paranoia of the bad things that " could be"If I had been on a island, came off of it today and saw the headlines I would think this was the black plague or The walking dead virus.........Its notI will refer back to the first line of my post.some positivity will actually be contagious.

I would like to find more around the Fleming Island area.
