In one case the lawnmower broke (pull handle) with the first tenant and in another, they bought a push mower, that...get's the job done.I'm debating on whether I want to have yet another appliance to maintain by providing a lawnmower, but at the same time, I feel it is unreasonable to expect tenants to buy a lawnmower as renters.

I think that's because CreditKarma tells folks what they want to hear so they can push credit cards and unsecured loans and whatnot on them.

When you put yourself in that position good things happen as long as you keep pushing the project forward and are responsive to every challenge.

So, all in all, unless there is a change political will to bypass lobbyists in decision making, it is hard to see change.Moving on to Hydrogen fuel cells for energy to drive cars and energy production is something Japan and Japanese automakers are pushing for.

I tend to think the demographic shifts will push young people out of the large cities.

BUT I will not push or "steer" their decision.
