I can insure by per property basis so my insurance is not based on my entity and all it owns, but merely on each individual property so I don't see how such separations or tranches is relevant.

I don't find that Airbnb users are really my types of customers so that probably explains low bookings, plus you cant pay to be listed higher, same with Flipkey and it is cheap so flooded with new users.
