I love how simple it is to own and how good the returns are when it's in the path of progress. 

I'm planning on looking for a SFH or duplex to get some experience in real estate before moving on to additional units and some investing in syndications.Anyway, hope everyone is doing well and is able to make progress on their real estate goals despite the pandemic.Cheers, Adam

We had foreclosures and an eviction go through in Parker and Fort Bend counties recently.Good news in CA: our eviction just saw some progress and we are having our hearing via Zoom on Oct 1.

Im in the middle of refinancing on a investment property, and 80% progressed.

These umbrellas are with Progressive and VERY expensive.

For that reason I am going to start to blog my progress.

There are certainly markets in between all of these main areas that are and will continue to see progress but from a birds eye view if I were you looking in, I would check out those two markets first.

This recovery is going to take far longer.
