The "home owner" is paying that fund, the ACTUAL owner of the property, payments which include principle and interest, a LOT of interest by end of term for the property.

Their objections to the offer seem to be mainly in the contingencies of the due diligence.

One thing I've learned is that fair isn't objective and your comfort level says a lot about a deal.

I personally have a tendency to have shiny object syndrome, but have also seen the benefits of picking a real estate strategy and sticking with it.
