It all seems very vague and is making me nervous.

I’m a bit nervous about jumping in right now because it’s such a sellers market and prices have skyrocketed since COVID.

The FSBO seller got nervous when he heard I was their agent and wouldn't sell them the house until they talked to me.

So I’m nervous the bank might say it’s equity hasn’t risen 20K for some reason.I also would like to purchase my next home in the city where I am relocating but I worry my debt to income ratio would be to high and risky for me to get another mortgage.

Most landlords do not want tenants to know they are THINKING ABOUT SELLING because it could make the tenants nervous and/or want to leave.

I'm nervous but I know with the knowledge I need I'll do fine.

I am very nervous to get started but at the same time extremely excited as well. 

Owner is a bit older and I think is a bit nervous about the seller financing.

On the rental side, cheaper prices means a lower down payment and more cash flow. did not mean you personally just making a general observation of those I see in the business over the last few decades they are very much driven by public sentiment.. and all it takes is one article like this and they get nervous.. and then its see I told you were where going to bubble and pop  LOL
