For the last few years, I have been maxing out both my wife's and my annual roth IRA contributions with savings from work.

He may be able to contribute a little, but I have the bulk of it. (@50K) Maybe a flip would be best to start?

I was hoping to gain some insight from anyone who has experience with the following:  I have a friend who is contributing capital in order to purchase a plot of land in FL.

Two members contributing $35,000 apiece would each receive a 50 percent stake in the company.

Are they contributing more to principle each month?

I find that with a 50/50 arrangement, there's less of an argument as to who contributed more, and if you play you cards right, as everything is a gamble, you might even wind up ahead.I once did a rehab and flip deal with a local agent, who made it his business to find such deals.
