During day light hours and removed at the end of showings basically, so the directional signs were permitted but only for a few hours to serve the public in searching for a property that had been legally advertised.The reason there is no exemption is probably because that sign doesn't offer a property for sale or lease which is governed in various ways. :)

We have found the best way to keep things running smoothly is to have a designated "Den Mother" in the house - in our case, my sister-n-law.4) You will be carrying all the utilities; as such, it is in your best interest to invest in programmable thermostats (with a lock-out limits on max and min temperature settings); low-flow fixtures and LED lighting.

The subfloor and wall plates were saturated and rotting.Here is another picture of the end of the hall under ultraviolet light - the glowing spots are intense urine stains:There was not a laminate floor in the place that did not have cupping from animal urine and the vinyl on the lower level had been scratched through to the subfloor in several spots.

I always use the charcoal color, the silver reflects too much light and can make it hard to see through.

It can be as little as updating the porch light fixture or mailbox, or doing something like a total yard clean-up, which also serves to reset the property to our expectations as to how it should be maintained.
