I've been pleasantly surprised how much easier it is to talk to attorneys and my very experienced CPA.  

Judge xxxx accepted the PMD’s testimony and digital information (digital images of the property) as acceptable evidence and, which is hearsay and should have been stricken from the record when requested during the trial.Take notice that pursuant to the 1874 Pennsylvania Constitution (as ratified without subsequent amendments) Article 1 Section 10:“No person shall, for any indictable offense, be proceeded against criminally by information except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the militia, when in actual service, in time of ware or public danger”I am also being tried 2 times for the same citation/violation on the same day and my the City of xxxx is trying to obstruct my right to conduct commerce and taking my private property and applying it to public use, without our written consent or compensation.

I often think about being born in a different period in time.  

I am looking for a property that can serve as a good vacation rental - would be popular year round so that I won't have to fret too much about vacancies - and one that I can use myself when I visit the area (my family and I go there once every one or two years - love Naples, Orlando for the kiddos, Jacksonville, Fort Lauderdale, Miami), a community that is still growing and a property that can cash flow as a vacation rental and appreciate in time as well. 

Estimated repairs around $30,000 - $35,000.If I offer cash I am hoping I might be able to get the price down a little more and I don't think I will be able to get conventional financing in time.

What I found (to my pleasant surprise) was that I could get higher quality major items (carpet, cabinets, appliances, shingles, lumber, doors, windows, etc) for either the same price or less from the specialty shops rather than the big box stores.

If a recovery takes hold and the money starts circulating, the challenge will be for the Fed to withdraw the stimulus in time to stop severe inflation but not so soon that it hinders the recovery.

They have also been very pleasant and responsive when I've called.
