It's all about systems:  ****TIPS*****1) Set up the space right, and get everything you need - 3 sets of all linens, iron & ironing board, hair dryer, extras of stuff for them..2) Have a thorough ad, that answers all questions, w/ FAQ.

I went in there and cut the ceiling section out w /a dry wall knife and had my helper spary from above with a hose -- Turns out the leak was caused by a window caulking problem on the 2nd floor

I love the challenge and am sure I'll have dry times to go along with these good times.

Or do you think putting in laminate in dry areas would would allow me to rent the places at a higher price to justify the cost of repair/maintenance?  

As we just got out of hurricane season, Ocala is in a great geographic location inland and is mostly high and dry which is why insurance is much much lower. 

Part of the reason I charge so little is it doesn't have central heating/cooling and has outdoor cold-water washer, hang dry. 

I got a malicious person intentionally trying to hurt me and is bleeding me dry.

Also, the inspector will have a moisture meter to determine the presence of water/moisture inside the home that may have dried on the surface.

Target brand is good too bc they are soft and dry quickly and a bit less expensive. $20 sheets are short term.
