Okay so podcasts books webinars these are all well and good but hands on experience is probably the best way for me to get an education.

Many hours were wasted on a sales pitch to entice into continued education that cost $41,297 for Diamond Enrollment, $26,297 for Platinum Enrollment, and $21,297 for Gold enrollment".The upshot is, you DON'T need to spend thousands on discovering so-called secrets of real estate success (before you even find a deal)!

A lot of great education, networking and opportunities on here to choose from.

I certainly could use the time to further educate myself!

We tend to get very focused on our own niche (which is good), but it is always educational to see how other people are investing.

Being on the investor side of syndication would be a great way to start for anyone who lives in a hot market and can't exactly pick up and move to start full time in RE, heck just reading an executive summery that was put together by a half way decent RE syndicator is excellent education in and of itself!  

I am very grateful that I was introduced to PB, to have all this education available has helped tremendously!
