Hi, I recently found a gentlemen who is flipping his home in Murray Hill, in Jacksonville, and I've been in discussions to purchase the property from him when the renovation is complete.

I found a great deal locally, and wanted to get an opinion from anyone who may be more experienced with financing in regard to obtaining financing on two single family homes on a single parcel. 

I know that this topic has been posted before,  I was following that initial discussion, however the results were minimal, and perhaps someone may know of new options that have become available between then and now.

I think you will see heat-pump driven dryers become more common as they are so much more energy efficient themselves and you do not have to cut a 12.6 sq inch hole through your building envelope for a vent (another inefficiency)We just replaced an{other} {only} five year old Maytag (made by Samsung) 24" laundry set (vented dryer) for which we could no longer obtain parts with a new Bosch pair this afternoon.

Based on discussion with a potential property manager, we could cash flow $300-$400/month per unit on a 30 yr fixed or break even on a 15 yr note.
