Also, I did ask questions or make comments in between the "roll plays" and again nothing was answered, just stating the facts even if you dont like them, sure you and Will can both write back and deni or say it wasnt this way or wasnt that way, but it was..This might of been wonderful for people like Anthony, who is completely new to this board and might not know very much, but your average investor on this board who participates for longer then a few weeks and is going to participate in these chats there was nothing that would help them out.

If you try to partner on residential your debts will still be counted even though your income won't be which could throw off the total debt to income of you and your credit partner, leading your residential loan to be denied.
