I wouldn't worry much about the discount, I've bought and sold plenty of houses from other investors where there was real meat left on the bone.I'm almost all flips now and if I had one like this I'd prob pass it on before throwing good people out of a house they love just to make a few bucks.

Just because you don't think you would ever sell a property you paid $200K for at a deep discount, don't project those thoughts onto other people.
