Fingers crossed and hoping my predictions end up being low.  

Love the idea of meeting people that are private lenders, renters, flippers, and anyone that is doing things in real estate locally and throughout the country.

We would have to cross ways to use the bathroom or the kitchen if that makes sense.

Lightweight beams were used and they are bending under continued loads; the pressure is also bending the wood cross bracing at the top of the front beams.

Many have started to do that because of an increase in forged docs in many parts of the country.

I believe everything will stabilize in a month or two hopefully less (fingers crossed).
