Still have inspection, but very versatile area...could do student housing, short term or traditional rent...Worst place in the area, ugly enough to scare away the faint of heart, rents not touched for years...PERFECT!

Augusta, I was told, is going to see a boost with cyber command in Ft Gordon and Belair area is close to that military base. 

The email was well written and my heart really went out to them due to their situation.

Hello everyone,     I’m looking to purchase my first investment property in my home town so I need to run it by you all to make sure I’m making a decision with my brain and not my heart. 1910 SFH in highly desirable school district, bank owned $99,000 asking price.

I realize that no mentor would be willing to do this out of the kindness of their hearts, but this relationship could prove profitable for the both of us.

But in my opinion if you had a bad heart would it make sense to live 25 miles from the nearest hospital or run across the street to the hospital.

It seems cold-hearted to make them move twice, but then the worst thing that could happen is they they scuttle the deal out of spite, which wouldn't really cost me anything.
