Lorenzo Perez To use or not to use a real estate agent for FSBO

I value my agent's honest and unbiased opinion, negotiating skills, etc, and he is worth that cost if that's what it takes to get his 100% unbiased opinion on a property that happens to be a fsbo.Inflate the sales price 2.5%-3% (meaning I get that much less when I sell) or write a check for 2.5%-3% (meaning less in my pocket now), it's literally the same sh-t on a different day and the cost of doing business. But I work with a lot of agents and have my pick of the litter based on my knowledge of what goes on behind the scenes.
