Syndication takes time to build up enough properties to achieve your income goals depending on what they are...my guess is that it's at least more than 1 property.  

If you can find the right deal, it will cash flow $1,000+ per month while still achieving Denver-esque appreciation. 

It helps you think through how to allocate your assets to achieve your goals the fastest.

If you are a good sales person you can achieve this just about anywhere.

I also see the riches some of them achieve and how the top brokers happen to be the same guys and girls I see in the office at 6am when I usually get in and leave when I do late in the day.

Even if you only have a small amount in positive cash flow you have, at least at the most basic level, achieved a house hacking.

These both may be easier to achieve in smaller, less "developed" markets.Or, I could be completely bonkers!
