Although not expected to leave BlackRock anytime soon, Larry Fink has a keen eye for the longevity of his company, and is clearly working hard to promote those who will perpetuate the company’s culture he’s worked so hard to build.

There are lots of FRAUDS AND SCAMMERS promoting dishonesty and using escape clauses such as "subject to my partners approval" and other BS clauses to get out of a contract.

They also generally are near walkable areas with lots to do and of course where you can promote you’re within 5-10 mins of downtown, also known as “Disneyland for adults who like to drink and party” ;)You just have to know where the opportunities are and that’s where a good realtor comes in.

However, I normally tell them, if they get a promotion, don't listen to it, they are normally full of additional charges, or takes a month to get a measure and 3 months to install it, it is a joke. 

This sounds like a promotion.

However,  an agent who is a Realtor, agrees to abide by a certain code of conduct that you are not and that is to promote their clients needs over their own.
