Hello BP Members,I am interested in obtaining my Virginia Real Estate Salesperson license and I wanted to found out if any existing real estate professionals can please recommend any good online and/or classroom-style courses?

I have already made the decision to have it managed professionally.

Also, make sure to have professionals ready to assist such as attorneys who specialize in these type of deals.

Understand best bet is to get a professional opinion, but want to see what others best guess is from the pictures.

I've recently had a perspective change due to listening to Rich Dad Poor Dad on audible, as well as some of Brandon's books, and im seeking to make a change in my financial, personal, and professional life.

It's not professional for me to speak badly about another Philadelphia Property Management Company; but we have taken over clients from these guys....and I just hate, absolutely hate to see this stuff.Property management is regulated and a licensed activity.
