He spoke to the appliance repair company and they said it's hard to make a case that the washer leak was due to negligence because apparently that brand of washer has had that type of issue reported many times. 

I'm not sure Meetup is the best platform to organize it around as that would be open to all including people who are brand new, and it could end up being lopsided on experience which isn't what I'm looking for.  

They are brown in color and indicate water came from top to bottom (see attached pic)For context, I paid premium for this fully renovated condo with brand new HVAC :-(.At this point, I am thinking of connecting with the HOA and providing them his detailed report.

If you have one LLC doing the rehabs for the flips, for example, that would let you establish the LLC / brand / company.

Its a brand new construction finished within the past 6 months.

I've never heard of someone requesting a brand new document be drafted. 

So I’m brand new to the real estate market and need advice.
