Frankly I haven't looked into the details but that's probably in the right ballpark and some search terms to use to find out how it affects your specific area.Also discussing specific areas, this new City of Orlando registration with its owner-on-premises and other limitation hassle lawmaking is only applicable within city limits.

You can have a realtor run a search of recently rented properties and you can go through the pictures and description and get a pretty good idea of what you should have to be competitive.
