Please do enlighten us Tim....that is...if you can without revealing facts from cases in process.I don't see how using perfectly valid 2nd liens to add security interest to private loans could be construed as unethical.

As Brian stated, there are a lot of sharks patrolling the waters looking for fresh meat when it comes to lines of credit.

Having just freshly read a bunch of posts in the Landlording forum, I'll bet the place is a mess inside - that's commonly why they don't want anybody in their unit.

They might even reveal future plans (I haven't paid in 3 months but I will catch up, I swear!).

Hopefully they will reveal it.

I'm sure I will get a "this has already been posted, check out this thread" reply but let's take a fresh look at this and see what people are going through right now or have gone through!
