I suggest envolopes from you local dollar store and stamps books from the post office, they are cheaper when you by them in booklets.and if you have the list in a spreadsheet, color coordinate them every time the call Red, Green.

Fresh paint and a nice red front door goes a long way.As far as the deck/patio, it obviously depends on the property, but It should help the property sell quickly which is worth money, but wont get you much of ROI.

I rooted for BU just for you and Bryan (LOL) to no avail.What I remember about Fl. is the England AFB area and the swamps, snakes, gators and August humidity ....that was a different time LOL Well, at $45 a foot they aren't buying at Lowes that's for sure.
