Basically they are harassing my tenants by calling the police on them nearly every day for various completely made up reasons, such as drug use, shouting, disturbing the peace, public drunkenness etc. 

County depending on how old the well is will have the well log or at least who drilled it.. and if they are still in business You can check with them as well.for me personally I would only buy a park with private utls if I knew that if septic system or well system failed there is public water and sewer i could tap into.Other states may not be as critical to all of this but Northwest has very specific rules that are quite ridged.

Much of that is going to depend on each investor, contractor, or developer's charting of each line items and all that info would likely be held as proprietary and not shared on any public site.
