Don't get me wrong I just got started this year and things are progressing quite well however I am trying to increase inventory and this has been really frustrating.

I don't agree with a lot of his business advice but I do think his personal finance courses are excellent.We have used some of his techniques and we are making progress.

I have been on and off this forum and I have seen a lot of progress in here.

It kind of seems like there's a standard progression through different phases or atages of REI.Newbies are more likely to live in one unit of a MF home and rent out the other two while looking for wholesale deals.The second-stagers buy and flip or rent mostly SF or small MF homes, but they probably live in a home they bought fairly inexpensively and made a moderate number of repairs to and aren't wholesaling much.Then people looking for big money buy a couple large multi-unit apartment buildings because they can afford them and have built the management chops.And finally people back down and start funding other investors who need capital to get started and aren't as invested in actual property anymore--or if they are, they just have a great manager and never actively touch the deals.

How are you going to accomplish your plans and goals (these will always change as your investing progresses)?

So the residential properties are being auctioned not because of foreclosure, but because a military member was forced to locate, and this program was a way for them to get out of their property without having to do a short sale or possibly have their house sit on the market for months while they were deployed or moved to another location.I look forward to hearing about your continued progress with this opportunity!
