If you have lots of properties, this is worth the fee but if you only have a couple, then set up your mobile banking and simply transfer the money yourself.

Due to the large number of advertising platforms: airbnb, vrbo, expedia, booking.com, tripadvisor, craiglists, facebook ads, etc.... there is no way one could analyze at a low cost report accessible to consumers or small investors anything close to real.
