Syracuse has no appreciation and will not go up for a long time as we have no upcoming prospects apart from an Amazon facility in Clay.

In the good times, people are buying more "stuff" and inevitably putting things into self storage facilities. 

Since I have never worked with a partner before or owned self storage I would be interested in any advice.The property is a small facility currently 28 units in a town with a 7,000 person population.

A friend and I have started following the Smaller (single-family type) residential type assisted living facilities that are in residential areas.

All of my insurance policies have medical related coverage for lawsuits.To answer the question, I have my tenants in small multifamilies handle lawn and snow care. 

I hear about there encounters with Angry spirits but I am pretty confident these sightings are related to Meth, Heroin and  "Doctor " prescribed medications.
