Unless a C Corp tax status is elected, they are all going to be pass-through entities so it will all flow into/onto his 1040 filing either directly as SchC/E and/or K-1 partnerships (which I believe gets reported on SchC/E).

A commission listed on the MLS plano is for MLS members only (not alot of people know that because listing agents choose to pay a co-broke without checking the other agent's status).If you have a separate commission agreement (which obviously you would have to call something else because you can not make a commission as an unlicensed person), you would need to make it a part of the contract by mentioning it as Addenda within the contract.
