I had a similar experience also didn't get 2 of my properties rented by November after I turned over one at the beginning of August and the other mid September.I switched to another local but flat rate company who rented both in less than 2 weeks.

The best way I can say about this is search up your local sober living homes, find out who the owner is and talk with them.

One might start by contacting organisations such as the Colorado REIA (Real Estate Investors Association).Consider joining online platforms where local investors may congregate in addition to live events.
