Hey BP question:Have you ever purchased a investment multifamily property with a 3 year must owner occupy stipulation demanded from the city?

Small multi-families seem to be in high demand right now so if you see anything that somewhat sparks your interest, don't wait and go see it as soon as possible. 

The demand is much higher than inventory.

Now things have changed and I have the opportunity to turn the units into condos and sell them individually.

The good thing about this market is the demand for rentals has not stopped the last few years and only keeps going up. 

Lots of unanswered questions at this point that I will be finding out in the days to come but I'm curious, generally speaking what's everyone's take on owning individual apartments within a larger complex?
