What types of returns are you seeing for your investment property (cash on cash, and cap rate), especially for any new homebuyers in this high rate environment (7%+)?

I wanted to do the general commercial one as it included a little bit of it all.Obviously this isn't for everyone but if you are looking for anything to enhance your resume, or to get additional education for yourself in a real world way I would highly recommend looking into it.

I had looked at some others but I ended up going with Baselane because it gave me the combination of banking, bookkeeping and tenant management I was looking for.

$250K Reno cost seems very high unless it is a big house over 3000 sq ft.
