Happy New Year LynnOK ,,,the matter of shower drains,,,The most common cause of a shower drain stoppage in my experience has been long hair in the drain as a result of our dear womenfolk shampooing in the shower.In all fairness a guys hair will clog it up too,,,especially if he's a wanna be Rock Star ,,,hair is hair.!!!!

If rental in that area is in demand then there really wouldn't be a reason for them to put in a wash dry.

Personally there is only so much time before the next uber-like app for barbers and hair stylist comes around where they go door-to-door like an on demand business.

The market is very dry here currently in my opinion, and what is available is too high even compared to the end of the year last year.

DR's techniques are grade-school stuff mostly suitable for people who are total basket cases - good for lots of people who are clueless, but once you are a hair beyond clueless DR's methods don't stack up against how most people accumulate wealth.
